Estate Plan Review

Estate planning for a loved one with special needs requires a more tailored approach than a traditional estate plan. It involves specialized strategies to protect your loved one's eligibility for government benefits, ensure long-term care, and address their unique lifetime needs.

If you're unsure whether your current estate plan supports these goals, we offer a comprehensive review to evaluate your plan's effectiveness and ensure it maximizes the benefits available to your loved one.

Additionally, tax laws are subject to change, and a review can help identify potential pitfalls or gaps, minimize tax exposure, and ensure your estate remains secure under current federal and state laws.

It is generally recommended to review your estate plan every three to five years, or after major life events, such as a divorce, the birth or adoption of a child, the death of a family member, a significant change in financial circumstances, a move to a different state, or a new diagnosis or onset of a disability.
